Can I request the removal of a listing?
If you believe a listing about your website or business is inaccurate or defamatory, contact us using the form above, select "Business", and include the URL in question along with evidence of its legitimacy. We review all requests within 5 business days.
How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond to all messages within 24–48 hours on business days. Press and partnership enquiries are usually answered within the same business day.
How do I claim my business listing?
Log in to your Scamora account (or create one for free), find your business's review page, and click "Claim Site". Verification takes up to 48 hours. Once verified, you can add a description, respond to reviews, and display a trust badge on your website.
I lost money to a scam — can Scamora help me get it back?
Scamora is a prevention and reporting platform — we can't directly recover funds. However, we can point you in the right direction: file a complaint at reportfraud.ftc.gov (US) or Action Fraud (UK), and contact your bank immediately. Speed matters — the sooner you act, the higher the chance of recovery.
